Upgraded to the 4K version and it worked good for a couple months then it started turning on every time I turned on my tv. I didn’t have it set up to turn on automatically every time I turned on my tv or Xbox it would come on and no matter how many times I turned it off it would come back on. So I have to unplug it every time I want to play Xbox. Then after about 4 months it freezes up anytime I watch a movie on Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. I have an iMac, iPhone and iPad. I’ve noticed in the past couple years Apple products have gone down the tubes. Apple used to make cutting edge products now it’s just over priced Chinese garbage.

We have three TV's in the house and all have an Apple TV, a TV today is just not complete without Apple TV. You cannot beat the value for money with incredible 4K content. Apple is also updating the software frequently, almost as often as the iPhone receives an update, and there are lots of great apps on the App Store for Apple TV also, from Netflix and Amazon Video to the CBS app and apps for many different channels. You can also stream directly from your iPhone or iPad directly to Apple TV. Good tip if you have more than one Apple TV is to name them so you're streaming to Downstairs Apple TV, Upstairs Apple TV or Bonus Room Apple TV etc.

I had eyeballing this for a while. I have several Apple products and I liked the idea of the screen mirroring. I ended up getting this for the ATMOS streaming capabilities. It seems like as of this time only two streamers are really good at this. I plugged this in and it just worked!!! Plugged it into my sound bar which is atmos and everything is A - OKAY. I am not a fan of the remote.... I think it will take some getting use to the finger sliding. It seems like it is very sensitive even tho I adjusted the settings. I AM a fan of the auto auto keyboard recognition to your Apple devices. Not of fan of the APPLE TV paid subscription.

The warranty we provide covers issues related to software or hardware malfunctions such as the camera or charging port not working. Our warranty does not cover malfunctions related to physical damage, water damage, or software modification problems such as jailbreaking or rooting.
If you have any warranty issues, please contact us through the “Contact Seller” button when you log into your order details on BestBuy.ca. You will need to provide both:
- A description of the issue you are facing
- The IMEI or Serial number of your product
Afterwards we will provide a prepaid return label to inspect your device so we can determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced. If there are no issues or the issues can’t be replicated, the order will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for the delivery fee of the shipping to and from our repair facility.
