Great for work and business

I use my laptop for work and business and its great for multitasking, I can manage in between apps, websites and tabs really easily. Whenever I keep it laying on my desk the screen looks good from hard viewing angles.

Love my laptop

great size, fast and a lot of storage. would recommend to someone looking for a 'lower' budget computer!

This is perfect if you want to lose your time and money

The audio stopped working... Under of the one year warranty if your computer has any issues you have to ship it by your self to ASUS...

Great laptop for normal use

If you want to play games, get a gaming laptop. For regular, home and work use, this works very well. Can handle lots of open tabs, video and windows without slowing down. The one issue I have is that the keyboard layout is awkward--on the right side there is a backslash key where the return key normally sits, and on the left there is a forward slash key where the caps key normally sits.

It's alright, but not the greatest

I use this laptop for gaming, but its super slow. it's not my internet either, it's just the laptop. if you're looking for a laptop, keep looking, or get a PC.

Don't Buy

My wife and I bought 2 of these laptops as I work away from home in camps. We intended to use skype with them. found that you can't get a clear image if there is even a slight movement in the room. As well as it won't keep up with games.(including sim city from 2014) despite its Gaming Laptop title. We were told by the staff this was a great Laptop but it's been the slowest piece of junk I've ever owned. Would have returned them both If I hadn't been in camp when the exchange date passed. Very slow and disappointing, Would give 0 star if possible

Easily the worst computer let alone laptop I have ever owned. Takes 5 minutes for the computer to boot up to the password screen and another 5 minutes after that just to get to your desktop which will load for another minutes before you can even do anything. Anytime you type anything nothing happens and then it magically appears later on. Don't even bother with this garbage your better off buying an xbox one and using that to stream rather than this piece of trash. I would rate this laptop a 0 if I could but gets 1 star because it came with Microsoft office.

Great laptop for the price

This is a great laptop for the price. I've even used it for gaming and it works well.

No Optical Drive - NO CD/DVD Reader Burner

Strange - this laptop does not include a cd drive, yet it is wide and even has a slot for it. Also, you cannot play any new games - only web-app games from the live store.

Very slow laptop

I just returned this laptop after spending 2 days to run the Windows update It always stuck at 40 percent. Very slow laptop. Highly recommend do not buy

Great Laptop

Recently bought, has a fast AMD A12 Processor, overall a decent computer for my needs (work and School), Not the greatest for gaming.

Asus X555Q

The hardware is ruined by the slow as sin HDD. This laptop would benefit massively from a SSD. Otherwise, decent build quality, decent keyboard feedback, IceCool does not really keep the palm rests that cool and the laptop is very bloated from the factory. GPU somewhat weaker than expected and the drivers are outdated out of the box. The HDD is definitely the Achilles heel of this laptop.
