I bought this PC a week ago, and at that time the introduced title of this desktop was "ASUS Desktop Computer, Intel Core i7 7700, 16 GB DDR4, 1 TB+512 GB SSD, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, Windows 10 Home 64-Bit". It should contain a SSD with 512GB. But once I received it and turn it on, it only has 1TB hard drive.
Immediately contact with Mike's computers shop, in the conversation in gmail, the stuff of Mike's computers shop admitted that it was their own product listing that was incorrect, and they can do me the full refund return.
I request them just to ship me a suitable SSD. However they gave me a excuse that "due to limitations within the Best Buy system in creating or shipping additional items to customers that are not listed on the order or invoiced, we are not able to ship you an SSD as we would not be able to create a purchase order for the additional unit. We are only able to offer you a full refund at this time."
Moreover, if I choose to do the full refund, all I need to is gonna be, pack this PC up well, wait for they get this PC back, and finish all those needed procedures for a refund, then wait for the time of transferring money back to my account. After all this, that means I need spend more extra time and pay more attention on this kind of thing, obviously a full refund is not worth to do.
I don't understand the reasons that they refuse to ship me a SSD. This kind of thing should be none of business to the what shipping list system of bestbuy because that's totally on their fault. All they should do is to find out that guy who recorded this wrong and charging on his salary, Or, much better, just record this as "pay back to customer" on their cash flow statement then use their profit to pay it. And all of this is totally not related to what"we would not be able to create a purchase order for the additional unit", just need to note this product and only this one indeed contains a SSD sold this time.
Besides, you guys can go ASUS official website to buy this product, it offers 3 sellers around Canada. Most important thing is, whichever seller you pick, you will find out, on the websites of three of them, this product with exactly same Specifications, you only need to spend more 80~100 dollars, you can get one more 512GB SSD inside of it, which is exactly what I should have when I paid for this.
LOL, HOPE THIS GREAT COMPANY CAN BE MORE GREAT!
