    • Good on paper and that's about it

from Toronto on May 22, 2019

Went threw 3 of these in 2 weeks. First one had freezing issues, lagging, very loud fans, and abnormal noise, that sounded like it was coming from the PSU. Second unit I didn't even get as far as powering it on, because the plug had a very loose connection. No matter how hard I tried to push the plug in, it just wouldn't make a solid connection. The 3rd unit had freezing issues again, along with black screens once logged into desktop. This would happen sporadically. Gave up after the 3rd unit. To note as well the glossy front part of the desktop scratches insanely easily. Not what I'd expect at this price point. Can not recommend.

    • You can't add RAM! Don't fall for the "4 DIMM slots" spec!

Overall the computer is fine, fans get a little loud under heavy load but that's not really avoidable. Under normal load it's pleasantly quiet. The biggest problem is that you can't easily add another 16GB of RAM by sticking another 2 8GB sticks in. It won't work!

    • Overall good PC

I got it just before christmas and im loving it so far, much better then my old DELL. It can run Fortnite full epic graphics at a steady 120fps on the 1070 model even editing videos is good. Only thing is that the CPU tends to get around 100°C during hard gaming
