    I bought this computer and set it up only to discover that the computer did not have the display resolution that was advertised. The computer display resolution was only 1360 x 768 and not 1920 x 1080 as advertised. I brought it back to the store.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

    I echoed the previous customer. I bought 2 of these laptops and were disappointed to see the screen resolution is lower, not 1920 x 1080 as advertised. I informed Bestbuy and they have since corrected the specs. I will return these 2 laptops. What a waste of time and Bestbuy should compensate customers for their error.

    Bought one of these 2 years ago at $599.00 from Best Buy. Mother board already gone. According to geeksquad it will cost me an additional $400.00 to replace the insides. Not going to do it, not worth it. Don’t waste your money.

    Good price, excellent service thanks to Barbie and Abdel. they are very helpful, and patient, explained detail, answered all my questions. but not pushy, I will absolutely go nowhere in the future for all my computer and offrice equiptment.
