Beats by Dr. Dre BeatsX In-Ear Sound Isolating Bluetooth Headphones - Black
- Two died in less than a year

I bought this ear phone thinking it is from Apple but I was so wrong buying this. It died in less than 6 months and Apple gave me a replacement but it died again, right after the 1 year warranty period. Will never buy any earbuds from Apple!
- Great Headphones

Bought these in late 2017 when I upgraded to the new iPhone style without an aux port. Have had zero issues; a full charge still lasts me a good 6-8 hours and it only takes a few minutes of charging to give me enough juice to last a couple hour workout and then some. Sound quality is pretty good too although I'm not a audiophile by any means, nor have I tried any other similarly priced headphones to compare it to. I woud recommend these to anyone looking for solid bluetooth earbuds at a relatively reasonable price
- battery is not that good

- Missing extra earbuds and wingtips
from Ottawa on June 5, 2019
Great headphones. Super easy to sync if you have an iPod, and the charging isnt complicated like the other brands, only need lightning cable. The latest batch of these headphones no longer come with wingtips and the other style of earbud. This is very disappointing.
- Waste of money

Do not trust what they tell you this headphones are really really bad, they do not last longer than 2-3 months than you have to go to apple and see if they will fix it. So waste of time and money
- Buy Something else

I bought these for the gym about a year ago, they were great while they lasted but as of last week they're have been a pink light that hasn't turned off (think blue screen of death). There's no support from Apple/Beats regarding this issue and now I'm stuck looking for another pair of wireless headphones. If you're looking for a good in-ear headphones skip these ones and as they say "...forget about DRE."
- Good Headphones, not Great for Canadian Winters

The headphones work pretty great, mine have lasted a little over a year without breaking as others have reported, and there hasn't been any noticable decline in battery life. They rest comfortably around my neck, I often forget they are there when not in use. They also connect to my Pixel pretty quick which is great. My only complaint is that on particularly cold days I need to ensure the battery pack is layered under some clothing, as otherwise the winds will eventually cause the device to shut down prematurely. I can usually get it back on again by holding the battery against my skin, but it is an inconvenience.

Same issue as Adam, after 6 months they died now I must send away.
- Great while they last.

Even after doing a ton of research on these before buying I still didn't see anything about issues with these. But, after ~6 months of use they just stopped working. Wont connect, wont charge. Only option is to send away for a replacement on the 1yr manufacturer's warranty. Pros: Fairly comfortable even with all day use, and light. Battery will last ~8hrs, though constant music play will decrease that. If you own an iPhone pairing is easy and you can see battery life as a percentage. Cons: Sound is not as good as other similarly priced headsets. Very little noise cancelling for calls. Would randomly disconnect while idling and sometimes during music play. Failure rate; the ones that have issues seem to fail within 4-8 months. While these are working they are great, but I find it hard to recommend at their price point with the known failure rate. Sure there is a 1yr warranty, but what's the point if its just going to fail again in 6 months?

I have had a pair of these before and it came with the different size ear buds as well as sports wing tips...when I purchased the new set even though it was advertised on the Best Buy site and the display clearly showed the wing tips the packaging did not have them! I was given the run around that it was apple’s rep and not Best Buy....do you think I care? You advertise a product and do not sell tenant is advertised I think the least that could have been done is given me a discount or offer to buy me the wing tips....really poor customer service at the kamloops location.
