Sound is good, battery life good, never get tangled. I use these everyday outdoors in all weather.

  • Great for 1 year

Had posted a fairly in-depth review to caution people against buying these - But guess it was either too convincing or too long. Either way - these are amazing headphones for the honeymoon period and then they just crap out and stop working. If you're lucky, it'll happen just shy of the warranty time and you can get a replacement like I did. But then when the 2nd pair dies a year later, they tell you that the replacement pair was only good for 3 months of extended warranty. Nice job Apple! I bough a pair of Skull Candy comparable ones for a fraction of the price and they definitely are not as nice, but do the job. Figured out the issue is not with the battery or the actual software/hardware of the headphones. It's actually just the cable. If I jiggle it just right, I can get these to work (for movie watching if you're not moving). But as soon as you shift the headphones, the contact breaks again - It's the spot where the battery band hits the power toggle. It wears out too quickly - just crappy engineering I guess (or I'm too rough on my headphones)... Buyer Beware!

  • After exact 1 year, not working at all

This earbuds not working after exact 12 month, can't reset, can't charge, ....

  • Waterproof somehow?? Lol

I’ve had these headphones for over a year and haven’t had any problems. Sound quality is good and over all pretty good with blocking out background noise. Side note... I accidentally threw them into the washing machine and some how still work perfectly fine. 10/10 would recommend.

Bought my first pair, stopped working after a few months. Got it replaced by Apple under their One-year warranty but the new pair stopped working after the warranty passed. These are probably the worst headphones you could get. Cheap quality, and incredibly overpriced. Avoid at all costs

  • Two died in less than a year

I bought this ear phone thinking it is from Apple but I was so wrong buying this. It died in less than 6 months and Apple gave me a replacement but it died again, right after the 1 year warranty period. Will never buy any earbuds from Apple!

  • Great Headphones

from Manitoba on June 21, 2019

Bought these in late 2017 when I upgraded to the new iPhone style without an aux port. Have had zero issues; a full charge still lasts me a good 6-8 hours and it only takes a few minutes of charging to give me enough juice to last a couple hour workout and then some. Sound quality is pretty good too although I'm not a audiophile by any means, nor have I tried any other similarly priced headphones to compare it to. I woud recommend these to anyone looking for solid bluetooth earbuds at a relatively reasonable price

  • battery is not that good

    but charge speed is excellent

  • Missing extra earbuds and wingtips

from Ottawa on June 5, 2019

Great headphones. Super easy to sync if you have an iPod, and the charging isnt complicated like the other brands, only need lightning cable. The latest batch of these headphones no longer come with wingtips and the other style of earbud. This is very disappointing.

  • Waste of money

Do not trust what they tell you this headphones are really really bad, they do not last longer than 2-3 months than you have to go to apple and see if they will fix it. So waste of time and money
