    When I first purchased this item, 4 years ago, it was great. I used distilled water and never had a problem. Today I added the water as usual and nothing. The unit heated up but the pump would not work. The booklet that comes with the machine says either you haven't turned the machine on or there is no water. (Wrong on both counts). Short of that, its to a service centre. It WAS a great machine. But,I would have expected Bissell to provide a little more troubleshooting assistance.

    I bought this unit few weeks ago, its operation and cleaning results was really more than my expectation. easy to use, amazing cleanness as outcome, washable pads. Best choice for its price when on sale. Recommended!

    Just needs a warning signal or alert notifying when it's close to running out of water... instead of burning the new mop head covers😐
