    Fit is excellent - 5 stars. They’re oddly shaped but stay firmly in my ears while working out and cycling. Sound is also five stars. Bass is excellent at all volume levels (tested with a variety of music genres; rap to rock, classical and jazz). Highs are crisp but not piercing. Only reason I wouldn’t give five stars is because of the wind noise while cycling. I had to turn up the volume to compensate but doing so takes away situational awareness. Otherwise excellent headphones!

    I bought these headphones last week and I love them. They pair up nicely with all my Bluetooth devices. At first, I found it difficult to get them comfortable in your ears, but I found that twisting them a little helps get them in your ear comfortably. I use them for work as I work alone and I got tired of listening to the commercials on the radio. I love the sound quality and I was willing to spend the money to get quality. It is easy to change songs as well.

    I had these headphones for about 6 months. They were very reliable to auto-pair to my phone. Good battery life, comfortable in ears, maybe a little less noise isolating than I expected. A little more volume is needed in noisy environments if you want to talk on the phone. The power/pair button stopped working and I had purchased the Geek Squad "warranty" as buds are subjected to more abuse and I thought the chances of something happening were likely. Much to my surprise when I went into BB thinking I could just replace them they looked at me like they had never heard of in store replacement, or even geek squad for that matter. The person trying to help me wandered around and asked 4-5 other sales people and two managers. She then called Geek Squad as no one in the store had a clue what to do about it. 45 minutes later she comes to the service desk and hands me the phone... it's geek squad on the other end. They tell me to deal with Bose directly for product warranty and if it's outside of the first year the other warranty will kick in for a one time credit for what I paid for them. I got them on sale and the price has now gone up so I can't even replace them without throwing more money at BestBuy. Truly disgusted with how they deal with customers. There is no reason why they couldn't deal with the warranty headache with Bose and just given me some buds off their shelf. I've worked in retail for many years and know it can be that easy. Will never buy something from BB again. I'm happy to pay less and buy from an online retailer or other local retail store that can actually offer a true in store replacement plan. Thanks for nothing BestBuy!
