- Great bass and depth of sound- March 20, 2021
This subwoofer sounds amazing and had deep bass. I like that it has it’s own volume and frequency controls. I feel like I have a movie theater in my living room. The only thing I was not happy about that it needs a single cable to operate from the receiver. By which it was not included with the sub at the time of purchase. Also , something the sales team forgot to inform me of. You pay that much for a single subwoofer and they can not throw in cable with it.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

- Not that impressed- May 29, 2017
I was looking for a sub to replace my 10 year old onkyo. Saw this was rated well and thought it would work well with the rest of my b and w system. Sadly I was vary disappointed. This sub could not handle my demand for bass. Was not sure if 200 watts was enough. Turned out I was correct. Over all build quality is good and I do like all features of this sub. However all the tuning options could not help me. If your looking for a sub to play bass demanding music than keep looking. It's to easy to peak this sub. I will be returning this when the store opens and getting something with more watts and possibly larger. No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
- Pretty happy.- March 6, 2021
It is hard to evaluate against other systems without comparing them side by side, but I do feel improvement in lows and sub-lows comparing to the 603 front speakers alone. And in test, this subwoofer reproduces much better than a 12'' one I am replacing. Keep volume at 9 o'clock, at least initially, as the instructions suggest. I also had to decrease the level after automatic adjustment for a more complimentary sound (again, as the instructions said). The instructions are not the easiest to read, if I remember correctly, but most or all other settings worked best at their defaults anyway.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Just Enough Bass for Music- October 23, 2018
This was a great addition to a TV and Music set-up for large open two-story room. This subwoofer acoustically matched my Bowers & Wilkins 683 S2 floor standings... obviously it’s the same brand. It adds clean crisp bass to all types of music, something that the towers could not do on their own. Little change when it comes to TV viewing. Its not powerful enough (200 Watts) to shake the paint off the walls, but you will know it is there when you need it. I bought it O/B for about $200 off MSRP. At full price it might be harder to keep.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
