Bowers & Wilkins PX7 Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones - Carbon Edition
Available online only
Great sound begins with great drivers. The custom 43mm drivers in the PX7 are the largest in our headphone collection, built and tuned by the same engineers behind the 800 Series Diamond. Experience clear, spacious and powerful sound.
Hybrid Adaptive Noise Cancelling technology uses feed forward and feedback noise detection with custom tuned software to automatically filter out noise without destroying fidelity. An auto mode adjusts to noise conditions to deliver the right amount of noise cancellation.
30 hour battery life with ANC. When you need more power, a 15-minute quick charge provides five hours of audio playback.
Clear Voice Communication v2 technology provides you with clear call and voice quality. The microphones pickup your voice while intelligent software ignores noises around you.
PX7 is designed to stream media wirelessly from Bluetooth audio devices, such as smartphones, tablets or personal computers.
PX7 obeys your every move. Lift an ear cup to hear what's happening around you and the music automatically stops. Put it back and the music plays on. Take them off to go run an errand and they'll go into a power saving mode. Put them back on when you return and they'll resume playback.
Connects to two BT devices simultaneously so you can listen to music from your laptop and answer a call from your phone.
Mimics the strength and agility of the fastest vehicles in the world, channeling pure sound to you and holding up against everyday wear and tear.

- Awesome Headphones- February 12, 2021
I bought these to replace a pair of Bose that had lived longer than expected. These are super comfortable, punchy bass, connects easily with all my devices. I like the physical on/off buttons, personally, so for me that a bonus. Good battery life, high quality, light weight. The case is a little funky as the ear cups do not collapse like on the Bose. Great buy.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Audiophile review; skip the PX7 and buy the PX5- January 17, 2021
I am an audiophile who was in search for the best sound quality in a bluetooth headphone; noise canceling ability was not part of the main criteria. After owning Sennheiser HD1 Momentum, Bowers & Wilkins PX7 - I got rid of both of them. Sennheiser is very good and sounds very very good for a Bluetooth headphone; but is was missing the joy of music. Then I tried the B&W PX7 for several days and I really wanted to like it - there is one main flaw with the PX7; something is awefully wrong with the treble tuning. I own Bowers & Wilkins 603, 606, HTM6 and 607 full size speakers & have listened to the 700 series speakers for a long time at a friend's house; so I am fully aware of B&W trademark sound signature. While attempting to reproduce the sound signature similar to their amazing full speakers; B&W mostly succeeded in the bass, mid bass and midrange frequencies; but something got really messed up in the treble regions - as also measured by rtings dot com. This particular issue basically makes the sound cheaper and not as crystal clear; it was truly disappointing and because this one important flaw I decided to return the PX7. Given B&W is known to produce exceptionally clear treble I had high expectations for the PX7 and it truly failed in the treble area and did not reproduce the signature B&W sound in the treble region; elsewhere it did excellent. I did want to give up on my search. Here comes PX5 to save the day. It reproduces the entire frequency range with the signature B&W sound with exceptional clarity; bass would score a solid A- ; midrange would score a solid A+; treble will score a solid A. Now I don't have to go my listening room to fire up the B&W 606s to enjoy the music. I can get almost 70% of the same wonderful sound with the PX5. Now that is a high compliment. Finally, for the noise canceling aspect & long time wear comfort I bought myself a Bose QC 35 II for those long flights. If you are in search of exceptional sound, skip the PX7, buy the PX5 and it will take you into true music bliss only Bowers & Wilkins can deliver. A true musical delight!!! Enjoy your PX5!No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
