Bowflex 16 VeloCore Exercise Bike - Includes 1-Year JRNY Subscription ($199 Value)

This was a fantastic process from start to finish purchasing this bike. After ordering the bike on a Monday I received the bike on Friday that same week which was phenomenal shipping. I had originally ordered the assembly people to put it together but after I'm boxing and looking at everything and bow flex include step-by-step directions as well as step-by-step videos on their website I decided not to use the assembly team and do it myself. The assembly was super easy Anyone can do it it took me a little over an hour. The bike is very well-made very sturdy and it is so smooth and quiet and easy to use I'm blown away by it on the first day.

Easy to setup. Instructions are easy to follow, but I was able to put it together without. Transitioning the resistance level is smooth and simple. The tilt feature works as well as advertised. I got the 16" monitor version. The screen is flawless. The speakers work well and are sufficiently loud. They do the job as intended but they are no boss or other good sound quality speakers. I've used the JRNY membership a few times now. I can see it's value, but as a new/casual cyclist I'm not seeing anything eye popping experience that you can't get using YouTube or VR. I'm going to continue to try it out for now, but I am currently expecting to not keep that membership.

Need to be able to adjust handle bars or seat. To far apart when you want to use the elbow forearm high grips. It would be nice for the monitor to be able to receive Netflix, Amazon, and Disney without going through Journey. If there is a way that would be great. Also, to be able to use the monitor on manual instead of going through Journey would be excellent. I don't mind Journey but my two daughters just want to be able to jump on the bike and do a workout without login etc. I have used the bike only two times since yesterday and I'm still trying to get all the apps down. I would recommend to a friend but, would mention the two adjustments that I mentioned above.

I LOVE this bike! I have wanted a stationary bike for years now but my husband would never let me get one. This year he gave in, did a lot of research and surprised me with this one! It is AMAZING and I find more and more every day on this bike that makes it even more exciting to get on and ride every day! I love the around the world exercises and then today I realized those weren't the only ones! You can select any program on the program page and complete it in any of the around the world places! It is better than I could ever imagine and has so much to offer! It is great quality and seems like a commercial level bike!

Overall the bike is wonderful. It is pretty much silent when in use and using the tilt feature is the selling point, imo, compared to others like the Peloton. My main issue is the device system, you always have to relog in (password and all) when switching between profiles, you have to reconnect your HR Monitor each time before use (cannot connect while in a session), and re-enable your headphones. I should not have to set up the bike for first-time use every single time I use it. Though I can't find a workaround at this time, I do hope they do a system update to allow users to at least stay logged in. No one wants to input their email and password at 5am... #sweepstakes
