I love the high intensity low impact workouts! The Around the world feature and multiple HIT workouts are great. CONS I love seperate profiles for each user, but I hate signing back in with email and password each time to access that profile. Can I disable the password required? Another Pro and Con it requires WiFi. Which is great if WiFi is working! No wifi No workout. I had an M5 previously. Not as fancy but get on and go just as great a machine without passwords and WiFi. I use these machines about 4 days/week for 20min before weight training and Core exercises. I have cartilage damage to one knee and this helps strengthen that knee without pain.

I typically never write a review on anything. However, THIS piece of machinery warrants a review. From the first phone call to inquire about the Max9 to delivery, it was seamless. The Max9 is extremely easy to use and very intuitive. There are many For You exercises that push you to get into the best shape of your life. Once you get off the Max9, you know you have worked out. I especially love the various locales around the World to exercise through. I love the chuckles that I get when I say, "I just got back from Germany where I saw castles and beautiful scenery." Keep up the great work BowFlex! You have a customer for life!

Can feel it working immediately! Love the programs designed specifically for you as well as the scenic auto adjust workouts, my favorite is the Swiss Alps! I like that if you're using the auto adjust programs you can adjust down the resistance and it will automatically adjust back once the next interval comes up. My fiancée and I were leaning towards a treadmill before trying out the Max Trainer and I'm so glad we did, treadmill does not even compare! One thing that does bother me is when you are switching between users you have to log in with your email and password each time. Seems like should be an option to save each profile's log in information for quick access.

I'm using daily and so are my daughters. I like that it's not too big and can be moved to different rooms with no one having to help, I love how the workouts encourage and keep you motivated to keep pushing through it. I'm at the 6 minute level right now but I can feel it like I worked out for an hour. it gave me a feeling of satisfaction and pride to know I can do this it's doable for someone who is out of shape like me and I love the fact it gives a strong workout for my daughters who are in great shape its a exercise machine the whole family can use no matter what level of shape they are in

The Bowflex Max Trainer M9 has turned out to be the perfect exercise system for my wife and I. I ran for over thirty years and had to stop as my knees began to show signs of wear. Although I regularly work out with weights, I have been looking for a system to work on my cardio, stamina and overall well-being. The M9 fits the bill perfectly. I would say 'no-impact' versus low impact. I am currently using it at least 5 times per week and I am extremely pleased with the M9. It's the perfect cardio system for me. Between the programs, videos and manual option, I can really push myself on my best days and get a great workout even on my less motivated days. I have already recommended it to many of my friends!
