    As soon as I opened the package, I saw dust and fingerprints on the chair parts which means it was a returned or used products. Since I bought it in sale, I ignored that and proceeded to assemble only to find out that the base and back will not join, probably due to a missing part that connects both. I returned it to the store. Didn’t expect this from BestBuy.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

    The packaging came as though it was a used item, but I assembled it anyway. Assembly isn't quick. Chair cushion and back rest is comfy, but it reclines a bit much for me, even if I tighten it. The height of the chair is too low at max height. The arm rests were coming to 27 inches.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
