My Printer keeps jamming and saying load paper when there is already a full tray of paper. In the past 2 days, it has jammed 4 times. For those that are looking to print all sorts of documents very often, this is not very efficient because you need to switch tray size if you want to print in legal size.

Works for me

Picked this up on sale for a great price. As others have said it does feel pretty cheap with lots of play with the pieces but what I really care about is how it prints and how much the prints cost. For those two reasons alone it gets 5 stars. Toner is a fraction of the cost of inkjet ink and lasts much longer. Print speed is fantastic even in duplex mode. Connected to my wireless network easily. It is however one noisy SOB and it causes my UPS to click whenever it first starts a print so for that -1 stars. It's 16" wide by 17" deep and 12.5" tall. I would buy it again and recommend in a heartbeat.

Decent for the price

It is easy to set up wireless using the provided CD. Initial setup is very easy and instructions are clear. Print speed it very fast, less than 8 second for first document. very capable scanner, both bed scanning and auto-feed. the including software is easy to use, and quite handy. is made from cheap abs plastic with poor tolerances. almost every plastic piece has a lot of play to it, giving it a cheap feel. You can tell it is built to a price but is a worth while deal is you can get it on sale.

Good printer, poor experience

Bought this from BB after a PM for less than one cee note. The printer was as advertised and does everything really well for the price. Could be quieter but if that doesn't bother you then you are good to go. Biggest selling feature is the lower cost toners (compared to HP). The disappointment is that I had to continually call BB about my PM credit and it took over two weeks before I got it. Quick to charge and slow to credit - bad business practice.

Ideal for any printing job

I couldn't be happier. The install was a breeze using the DC that came with the printer. It found my network and saved it with no issues at all and everything was done by a few clicks. The quality of print is excellent and there are ample place where you can find the toner. The printer itself is bigger than the hp jet ink printer i had, But the service Im getting out of this printer simply is so much more that I now wonder why I was stuck with an ink printer for so long and I'll never o back to one after having a lesser printer. It is fast, it is clean and it is quiet. I could not be happier and recommend this printer to any home or office printer users.

Good printer But

Just had the chance to setup this printer. A little cumbersome to do so, and expect that it would have been more so If didn't have a compatible USB cable. (non included) Everything on the printer works well. Prints are clear, scan function is good. lots of features and the wifi prints make everything so convenient. Only one complaint and the reason why this is only a 3 star product in my books. The build quality is a little lacking, everything from the plastic, to buttons, to the white paper lining in the scanner unit, feels flimsy and cheap. I have another Epson (RX680) ink-jet, also purchased from Bestbuy, sitting right next to this thing, relatively the same MSRP, and that thing feels like a tank compared to this. If you catch this on sale sure its a great buy just for the features and the low maintenance cost. But would never pay the full price.
