Good Beginners DSLR

This DSLR is perfect for starting out. The whole body is plastic, including the lens mount, which is not ideal-however it makes the whole unit very lightweight. Autofocus takes some time and is non-existant in dark situations, but is relatively fast in broad daylight. The included lens is a zoom lens and works well. There is no image stabilization so shooting with a higher shutter speed is recommend to eliminate blur. The Kit lens is a standard wide angle and is good for landscapes. Overall I really like this camera and it is a good starting DSLR for anyone.
