    Quality is very very poor. Main frame Broke as we tried to put it together It’s been sitting at the side of my house more than a week ! I offered to return at a store told this is not possible Best Buy is delaying my refund .Customer service horrible they tell you what you want to hear yet no action taken !

    I am overall pleased with this set. It did not take long to assemble. Backs should be a little high but otherwise comfortable

    My husband spent hours assembling this. Some pieces did not fit properly and we ended up attaching one arm with the couple of bolts that matched up and zip ties in the areas where the holes for the bolts on did not line up to secure one arm. Once assembled, we sat on it and the seat cushions were as hard as rocks. The back is also too low for any back support so you can't sit back and relax. After five minutes we knew we could not even use it. We have contacted Best Buy to return it and we are still waiting for a pick up date after three days. Don't waste your time ordering this. It is poor quality.
