- Easy with Chamberlain openers- March 30, 2016
My in-laws use their garage to get in and out of their home. The remote that came with their Chamberlain garage opener stopped working, even after putting a fresh battery in. I decided it was best to get a remote where I could combine both my in-laws door and mine as well. And it turned out great! It only took a min or two to program both openers, as they both have a 'learning' button. Both garage door openers are from Chamberlain. One was made in 2009 and the other 2012. Hope this helps! It also takes the same batteries as the regular remotes, CR2032 Highly recommended, if needed. Otherwise it's costly to just buy if you're trying to tidy up your visor.

Report - Very Poor range- February 18, 2020
The price was good. Connection was easy. But the range is very poor. My car has to be right by the garage door for it to work. The odd time it will work from roughly 50 metres driving toward the house.

Report - Great product- July 4, 2017
This remote works well. Its small and slim and not bulky like some other models out there. We bought it to replace and older clicker model. However, the area with the buttons (centre circle) has slits, which I think must be a design. This might make it not waterproof. Nonetheless, this remote was compatible with our garage door opener which was manufactured in the 80s. We just used the switches to program it.
