Great iron works wonders only reason for losing a star is that the cord is not retractable.

This has been a great iron, so far no issues, and the extra long cord comes in handy!

the Advertising was convincing, however the actual iron feels cheaply made, and the steam performance aren't all that great!

Got this after getting a wall mount cabinet ironing board and my old (cheap) one wouldn't fit. It was thin enough to fit in the cabinet. The iron itself is no comparison to my previous $30 one. Lots of steam and makes ironing easy.

I AM SO PLEASED WITH THIS IRON PURCHASE. IT IS EVERYTHING AND MORE THAN THE DESCRIPTION WE READ. IT OPERATES BETTER THAN ANY NAME BRAND WE HAVE EVER OWNED. IT OPERATES LIKE A PROFESSIONAL STEAMER IN A CLEANERS.
