Vie Belles Classic 5.5" utility knife is the knife you need to meet all your dicing, slicing, chopping and mincing needs. Its blade is durable, easy to clean, bacteria-resistant and sharp. The blade is made of German Stainless Steel (X50CrMoV15); full tang with a razor-sharp 15° blade angle each side, hardness 56 Rockwell for a durable edge. The blade is complimented by a PAKKA wood handle with mosaic pin for precise control. There is a hammered finish to make for a cleaner cut through meats and veggies. Perfect for making small precise cuts when peeling fruits and veggies, mincing herbs or sliced shallots and garlic, trimming and coring fresh produce.
