The toaster works fine, nice looking. But you need both hands to remove the toasted bread. One hand for the toast the other to push the lever up to retrieve it.Even on regular sliced bread. Thus a 2 handed toaster!

I bought this a few weeks ago and it works great! It has a few options and it toasts as it's supposed to. No complaints! Good design, sleek look.

Overall, not bad, not great. Nice compact design, pleasing to look at, like most Cuisinart products. However, like most toasters, even with the dial turned all the way up, you still end up with undertoasting. That means you need to toast again, but also keep a sharp eye for overtoasting. And the bagel setting doesn't seem to actually do anything. I'll probably go back to T-Fal next time.
