Cuisinart Popcorn Maker (CPM-700C)

Great machine for popping corn- loved using it. That is till the clips on the sides broke. I had read about this problem and figured Cusinart would have fixed this being such a well known and quality brand. This is not the case. Bought our machine in November 2016and it lasted till June 2017 before the clips broken from weekend use. FORTUNATELY I purchased GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION and they fully covered it! So happy to have paid for the insurance. I now have a Best Buy Gift Card to shop for another popcorn maker. Read the reviews!

This is a replacement for my original that lasted 2.5 years before one of the clips broke. (I got a full refund and bought another because there is not a better popcorn maker on the market). Although it seems that the clips are an issue for many buyers, it is a great popcorn maker, In a very short time ALL the kernels pop into very crispy and delicious popcorn. Very easy to use and clean. Also, the clips are a covered item on the 3 year warranty.

I bought this popcorn maker a few weeks ago. So far it is everything I wanted and expected. It uses very little oil and nearly every kernel pops. It's nice too that the popcorn is contained and that the vessel can be used as a dish to serve it is afterwards. It is quite entertaining to watch as well. It has a three year warranty which is better than the hot air popcorn makers.
