I purchased this router for my son to take with him to college and as per him, it works really good. Signal strength is good and the speeds are better then what he was getting from the school. Would recommend

  • Bad. Don't get this to save money.

I bought this to be a cheap router that I could mess around on. Unfortunately, after I got it setup, the login screen started returning a 404 half the time, meaning that the login page was requesting an invalid page from the router itself (or in other words, it's bugged). While attempting to get in and see if I could find a workaround, the router crashes; repeatedly. It required a hard restart to get it working again. Highly unstable, with a poor, unusable interface.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
