    I spent probably 20 hours trying to get this security cam to work. I had nothing but trouble trying to get the app to work. After many hours of struggling I finally got it to work. I then signed up for a 1 year dlink cloud service. The cloud service worked fine for 3 days except that the security cam would record movement every 10 minutes . Then for the next 4 days I had absolutely zero records of any movement from the security cam when there was actually lots of movement to record. At this stage I was totally frustrated and returned the security cam. (2 weeks of trying to get it to work) The people at Best Buy where excellent in trying to help me. I tried getting help from dlink via phone calls and emails. What was frustrating is when I explained my problems I was having they could not give me any real solutions to the problem. The best answer I could get was that there must be something wrong with the security cam. I returned it and purchased a competitors security cam. In one evening I had it up and running with no problems at all! I have no problems at all with Best Buy, their service and their service. dlink was ok to deal with but not nearly as good as Best Buy. My problem and total dissatisfaction is in the dlink cloud service that I paid a 1 year service for. Because of the failure to get the product to work I had to return the product which meant the dlink cloud service was unusable. I then looked for their contact information which dlink makes it difficult to find. I sent an email to their customer service explaining the problem I had with their dlink security cam and I had to return it. I requested the dlink cloud service to be cancel the service and to get a refund on the service (used less than 2 weeks). After several days I had not receive any response in return. I sent a 2nd followup email and again I have received no response back. How can a customer service department not even respond to a customers request, questions etc.... What kind of customer service doesn't even respond back!!!!! I will gladly purchase from Best Buy in the future but I will never buy a dlink product again. I am sorry now that I had also purchased to wireless router.
