  • Filter Missing - TWICE!

First off, this is an awesome product. However, after running it for two weeks I went to clean the air filter and realized that it had been shipped to me without one. So I returned the unit and was shipped another one. Opened it up and sure enough -- no filter. Obviously Danby sent out a batch of units without filters. Makes me wonder whether they sent out hundreds or thousands like this. I'm dying to use this unit again -- as I'd said, it works great. But I'm afraid if I sent this one back my experience will be repeated. And since Best Buy doesn't sell filters I can't just have them send the missing part. Frustrating...!
