- Excellent laptop!- May 28, 2020
The laptop is an excellent choice for in office use. It can be transported around easily because of it's light weight and thin build. Just make sure the carrying bag you plan to use to transport it around is big enough for a 15.6" screen. If I could make a couple of suggestions, I would have like to see this laptop have a USB-C connection and a SD card slot that would allow the card to lie flush with the edges of the laptop. As it is now, the SD card hangs half way out and could be damaged if you're on-the-go quickly and "throw" your laptop in your bag. Other than those suggestions, I am enjoying the Dell experience with this laptop.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

My autistic 4 yo son spilled coffee on my Acer but luckily, my warranty was still effective for just a few months more. They were unable to repair my laptop and offered me 2 choices, and HP or a Dell. I don't know how HP's are as of late, but I've NOT had good experiences with them. This Dell is so sweet, slick, smooth, fast and working. You know you've had bad experiences when you have to say "working". It works like you should expect a computer to work. I'm pretty happy with my Dell. I recently talked to a friend about this whole experience and she said she'd heard Dell's were good. I had to agree. I love my Dell. - Fast Processor, Poor Keyboard- November 27, 2019
I have mixed feelings about this laptop. While the processor is fast and the machine itself is really quiet while running, I'm incredibly disappointed by the keyboard. The keys feel too soft underneath my fingers and often start squeaking unpleasantly when I'm typing. The mousepad is unnecessarily huge, which probably wouldn't be an issue for someone with larger hands, but as I'm on the petite size, it means that I have to pull my laptop forward until it overhangs the desk in order to type properly. Since I'm a writer, the lack of keyboard quality is a real letdown and I wouldn't have bought this model had I known how poor my typing experience would be.No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Therefore, we offer a warranty to cover the rare, unforeseen circumstances when the product is not fully functioning after purchase for a minimum of 90 days (or more, depending on the product).
The warranty we provide covers issues related to software or hardware malfunctions such as the camera or charging port not working. Our warranty does not cover malfunctions related to physical damage, water damage, or software modification problems such as jailbreaking or rooting.

- The IMEI or Serial number of your product
Afterwards we will provide a prepaid return label to inspect your device so we can determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced. If there are no issues or the issues can’t be replicated, the order will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for the delivery fee of the shipping to and from our repair facility.
