- GREAT CHARGING CORD, but use CAUTION...- April 18, 2019
I snapped this up on line without any thought and sort of made a BOO-BOO. My purchase was for a Samsung Galaxy 9. I knew what type cord I needed, identified what I thought was correct, purchased it. received it, used it and found my phone EXTREMELY HOT. I found that I chose MYSELF the right type of cord EXCEPT for the rapid charger I needed to purchase SPECIFICALLY a USB 3.0 Cord for the rapid charger. THIS WAS NOT BEST BUYS FAULT, BUT MY FAULT.... I purchased a WONDERFUL PRODUCT from a WONDERFUL COMPANY, but I DID NOT do my DUE DILIGENCE to ensure that I was buying the CORRECT PRODUCT!!! Thus the OLD SAYING: LOOK before you LEAP!!!Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Sturdy well built cable.- January 17, 2018
When it comes to USB-A to USB-C cables, there are plenty of cheap brands about that have improper charge signal or bad data transfer due to not being a properly made cable, but so far this one has proven to be a good cable that performs how it should. When plugged into a QuickCharge 2.0 or 3.0 charger, my compatible Android devices Fast Charge as expected and when connected for data the cable works without a blip each time. It is also a thicker rubber surrounding the cable than most which makes it feel like it should last a while and isn't going to come apart in six months like some cheaper off brand models. Overall a slightly pricy but reliable choice for your USB-C device needs.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- USB to C cable- August 25, 2017
Worked great. I bought this so I could charge my GoPro 5 while recording my motorcycle ride thru the Arches National Park in Utah. The cable worked great but unfortunately the camera was very lacking. I think being a black camera with no shade in constant 105f degree heat was too much for it. Showed it was recording but only recorded 1 minute 43 seconds on a nearly 2 hour ride. The cable worked great and the purpose of this is to talk about it not the camera. My bad. I could delete all that about the other subject but then that would make this an even more uninteresting review.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Nice LONG charging cable- April 7, 2018
I bought this to supplement the charging cable that came with my phone. The one that came with it was much too short to be useful at home and now I can keep that shorter one in the car. This one, however, allows me to charge and use my phone at home and other places. It feels pretty solid and hasn't given me problems yet. My biggest complaint is that the USB A end isn't reversible like it is on the cable that with my phone, but that's only very minor.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Great cable- December 8, 2017
Good quality cable. It works for charging and connecting to my PC so I can access the files on my phone. I have another cable that allows for charging but when connecting to the PC, that other cable won't allow access to the folders on my phone. The phone showed in Windows Explorer but couldn't open the folders. As soon as I switched back to this cable, it showed the folders.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
