For Lisa S from Brampton

Hey Lisa, I managed to get through the instructions quite easily and discovered that I didn't have an aneurysm. What I did discover from the instructions is... There is a small adjustment screw on the back of each mounting plate. This adjusts the height by about a half inch and allows perfect height alignment of two identical monitors. Getting the same angle was a little more daunting by holding the monitor with two hands and turning it slightly. Phew! Glad that is nightmare is over...

Great monitor arms, don't read the instructions if you'd prefer to prevent an aneurysm.

This stand is sturdy, and all the necessary parts were included, but I find that there is one major issue with it: I have two identical monitors but cannot get them to be exactly the same height or same angle. Therefore, my desk looks a bit funny. If there is a way to get the stand to be perfectly level, I would love to know. Otherwise, this would probably work perfectly for people with two monitors that are not similar.
