Bought a refurbished 8 Animal and it arrived quickly and looked pristine. Like it was never used. Was already charged which I thought was weird. it ran for 30-40 minutes and was awesome. After that wouldnt charge past 2 lines and I got 5 minutes out of it and 3rd time maybe 10 seconds. Would not charge up again. Called customer service- wish I'd been offered a new battery..would likely not have returned it which was time consuming. Refurbished such a great deal for an upgraded model but wish the battery would have been checked. I'm leery to go this route again Hard to rate due to now having no vaccum

Super happy with the vacuum. When it arrived, there was a fault with the battery so I had to contact them to send me a new one. They sent me a new one promptly, but that is why I gave it four stars- took two weeks to get up and running. Should check batteries before you mail out orders. Now that it is running well, it is the best vacuum ever. You won't regret buying one. Have a refurbished option is very appreciated even if you have to wait for another battery. The vacuum looks new. Hopefully it will last many years. Go with the V10b... the battery lasts long enough to do my whole house. Don't buy the V7. You won't regret it. If it goes back on sale, I will buy another for my mom.

Its my favorite vaccum so far. Ive bought expensive ones and cheap ones and the ones in between. I have a cat and dog and this picks up all that dander. And to vaccum my truck with this vaccum is literally night and day better.

I bought a V10 B refurbished product few days ago and our family was pretty shocked about its condition. When we purchase this product, we know that it is not going to be a brand new condition and understand some scratches or minor surface imperfections. But the one we got, you can definitely see someone used for maybe more than a year. I can see the 3 inches crack on the motor(main body) and there are some sticky parts and heavy scratches which previous Owner was trying to take off the sticker. This is not an refurbished product. It is an used product. It is only $150-200 cheaper than brand new product and also you are getting only two accessories which is not an full set. Be aware!

Its a very nice vaccum I had previously the regular dyson ball vaccum. This one is very handy and to use its ease. Anything small dust or cleaning make this easier. If you want to vacuum big areas or carpets I would still use my Dyson ball. As this one takes some pressure to push on carpet after sometime the hands start paining. Very easy to clean the dustbin and does not put the dust out it come with varieties of attachments makes cleaning windows and hard to reach areas breeze. It has variety of suction modes which we can switch with simple push of switch , I still did not get 60 mins on any mode with continues use. Pros : Easy to use,convenient, no mess dust bin clean up Cons : Battery does not stay longer on boost mode, charging still takes lots of time
