- Hard to say- October 27, 2014
I purchased this ink because, even though I had plenty of color ink, my printer would not operate until I replaced the depleted black cartridge, and I didn't really have time to wait for it to go on sale. The price didn't break the bank, but it was cheaper online than in the store where I went to purchase it. They price matched easily at the check-out and I got the lower online price. Unfortunately, my printer head needs cleaning so it's hard to comment on the quality of the ink as it came out very light, but mostly I wanted to write a review to remind everyone to check prices online in case they're cheaper, and that the price match was very easy.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- good quality ink- April 27, 2013
I bought this replacement ink for my epson printer. I was so easy to install, and the cartridge was sturdy to handle. I didn't feel like it would fall apart on me. After going through the process of head cleanings and ink set up for my printer, I figured there would be a few uneven printings, but that didn't happen. The quality of the black was even with no streaking. I did not get it on sale, but the price was comparable to the other online stores when I was shopping around. I usually get replacement ink online and get generic or off brand. They are never as good as what comes with the printer. I am glad I kept to the Epson brand. It was well worth it.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Buy different printer- November 5, 2014
There's nothing wrong with the ink itself. Although the price could be a little lower : ) EPSON has this thing where if one of your four ink cartridges goes out, the entire printer doesn't work. So here's what you do: buy a Canon or an HP printer. You'll never have to buy this EPSON ink cartridge ever again. You'll save yourself the frustration of having to buy EPSON ink every other time you use the printer. No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
