- Steps are way off
from Ontario on May 17, 2019
I have been using this for 5 days and I am really unhappy with this product. I was sitting on the couch and not getting off and it said I did 500 steps??? Also you can only get the letters on the screen in white and the steps shown are so small I have to use my reading glasses to check them. There is no way to make this bigger or in another colour ???? Also it is supposed to know what activity you are doing mine did not pick up anything. I got this for Mother's day and will try to return it I hope there is no problem with that. I will try the Versa
- Perfect for small wrists
from SK on May 16, 2019
I originally wanted to get the charge 3, but having tiny wrists made the charge 3 look humungous on me. I ended up purchasing the inspire HR and have zero regrets. It is the perfect size and does the same things the charge 3 does (except calculate stairs climbed, which I can live with). Worth it!
- Very happy with purchase

I've had my fitbit for a few months now and I am happy with it. Some of the features I really like are that I get a brief view of my text messages and i synced it with my gtasks and get the reminders on it. I had an apple watch and I much prefer the goal setting and data interpretation of fitbit. It holds a charge for 4-5 days and takes about an hour to charge. I wish it held for 7 days so I only had to charge it once a week. The only other annoying thing is it is not particularly responsive to displaying when you lift your arm to look at the display. I had read about this on other reviews too. All in all- I'd buy it again or as a gift for any of my female friends or family.
- Very expensive and not reliable

This bracelet canât be dressed the whole time because counts steps even when still. And when walking it counts more steps then the reality.
- Counts steps while driving.

I am so disappointed. I live in the country and by the time I drive into town it says that I have walked almost 3000 steps! I have contacted fitbit and they are aware of the âsensitivityâ issues but donât know when it will be fixed. I have tried two and they both had this issue. No point in keeping a tracker that is so inaccurate. I really hope they fix the problem as all other aspects are excellent.
