    I really like this Fitbit. The battery lasts for about 3-4 days and doesn’t take too long to charge. It’s very comfortable on my wrist. I wear it in my right wrist. I use the alarm, timer and weather apps often and they work great. It is a good encouragement to move more. I really like that I can see my texts and incoming calls...very helpful. It also makes me think more about my quality of sleep which I can honestly say I’ve not ever thought about before. Also bonus I now have a watch which I haven’t had in years.

    I love this watch. It syncs perfectly with my phone and tablet and keeps me on track. So far everything works perfectly as promised and the set-up was easy-peasy. It's like having a little "nag" around one's wrist, telling one to move, to drink water, etc. It charges up very quickly, too. I'd recommend this to anyone.

    Be aware if you buy a fitbit, there are few instructions. You have to connect with your mobile phone but they don't give good instructions on how to do that. If you try to connect with your computer, that is a little more difficult. |My particular fitbit has good information about steps taken. That works. If you are interested in sleep stages, again you must connect with your mobile but once done, it works very well. There is a flame and I assume it is calories burned. That does well. And the fitbit has a record of your heartbeat. That comes in clear. It often says to sync the fitbit app to get the weather but doesn't tell you how to sync. The alarms work and probably the exercise but I don't use the exercise part. Stats It says select up to seven stats but I get only five to select.. You have to recharge the fitbit every three days. The clock face is clear and you can leave it on for a specified time, I believe but when it is off and you want to see it, you press the button on the side. When the clock is on and you swipe up, it always says, "Nothing new here". I have no idea what it is supposed to say.

  • Horrible warranty & repair

    I have owned a versa light for four months now. I was very happy with the performance and it met my expectations for a fitness tracker/basic smart watch combo. Unfortunately the screen cracked in normal wear. This is not covered under their warranty. I find that distressing as it was typical use. However I would be more than willing to pay to repair the screen but they do not provide that option. Their proposed solution? You can buy another one. Ridiculous.

    I have only had my new fitbit for a little over a week, but it meets all my requirements. I love the interactive screen on it and that I can set up to 7 activities to track on it. So far so good, the exercise function is great - i use it daily for my workouts at the gym and my walks I am not a techy and this watch is super user friendly

    In general it's a good watch The interface could be better Battery life is good haven't charged it in 3 days. Still going. It's not very sleek feels like a kids watch.

    I purchased the Fitbit Versa Lite on line and after installing the app and charging it it lasted approximately 12 hrs,it just stopped and after reading other reviews,I removed the app and reinstalled again but it stopped again after a few hrs,kept telling me to complete my done load,after 3 days of this I returned it to the Best Buy store. No problem I was refunded.
