- Unobtrusive Watch- July 10, 2018
I got this watch yesterday. It came in a rectangular box, not in a can as I expected. I wonder if it is an open box item. I'm okay with it since I got it on sale, but Best Buy should specify it on their website. I wanted an inexpensive watch that had some features and could take a beating. This is the right watch. At the beginning I was expecting it to be a bit bigger but I'm getting now used to it. I tried to sync it to the atomic clock last night but it didn't do it. I'll give it a second shot tonight. Overall I'm not unhappy with it but would definitely love it if it didn't have the red accent around the screen.

Report - Bestbuy sale tricks, watch out!- September 1, 2018
This watch is awesome, but don't buy from bestbuy!!!! I bought it on sale two months ago and I already have issue with the display fading. I called customer support who advised to charge the watch in the sun, even though I had the indicator on H, and unfortunately nothing changed. I shot a video of the watch here https://youtu.be/eMyecd4DE_E showing: 1) blank display when facing the front. 2) unevenly faded display when viewing from the side. 3) led light seems to be working fine, confirming that it's not really a a battery issue. The watch is still in warranty but bestbuy wouldn't take it back or exchange it. They are just happy they pushed the faulty watch on me, now it's my job to seek warranty and repair just two months after purchase!!!!

Report - Excellent watch and good price.. but defective- September 15, 2015
I ordered this watch for water resistance (200m), solar power (no battery to replace), and atomic time keeping (always accurate), and auto-illumination (auto-EL in darkness). The shock resistance was a plus. Everything looks and works great, but the auto-illumination didn't work. Researched online about the issue, and it is not uncommon among these watches - many reviews complaining about the auto-EL not working. I put it into testing mode by pressing the button A, B, and C. It shows TLT (for testing tilt and auto-EL function) and it looks like watch's tilt sensor is not functional. Manual EL works if I press the button B. Oh well, went into the local bestbuy store to get it replaced (which was a breeze BTW), but the replacement also has the same issue! Thus giving this a 3 star.
