  • Forget everything about the smartwatches
Verified BuyerReviewed by Cansos - July 3, 2020

This is the real smartwatch, it’s really strong and 3 weeks I do t have to charge, I don’t have to worry about scratches because nothing happening what ever you do and you don’t have to worry about sun light. The screen is not like regular screen, you can see the screen on sun light better, it’s magic!

  • Wouldn't recommend - terrible GPS for athleses
Verified BuyerReviewed by rahul - February 10, 2020

Long story short - my phone does a better job at recording runs that this $700 piece of junk. Pace and GPS in this watch is absolute rubbish, sometimes I get a distance of 11.5 km for a measured 10 km route on road and other times it less than 9 km (compared with various different models which are more consistent). Garmin say there's a new feature called PacePro in this watch - which is one of the reason I bought this watch - but of course the pace is rubbish. Have reset the watch multiple times - waited for 10-15 minutes to get 'Good' GPS reception, but the same result as always. Had a similar experience with the fenix 5 series as well. I remember the days when Garmin was actually good - when they came up with the 735XT, but now university students can build more accurate GPS measuring devices than this. Go for this watch if you want a piece of jewelry, not if you are an athlete or want accuracy in your activities, or if you are aiming to improve your athletic performance. You can see in the activity screenshots how bad the GPS is - note: I have the latest updates on my watch and very long to start after acquiring GPS. A 23.5 km run got recorded as 21.5 (happens every time), and a 9.2 km run got recorded as 10.3 km - visible from the map.

  • Awesome watch
Reviewed by Country hammer - June 5, 2022

I got this for my bday a few weeks back. It’s a great watch coming from a Apple Watch. It does a great job of fitness tracking which is what I usually use these watches for. I gave up being able to talk into the I watch for this and respond to messages but I gained dog track (big selling point for me). My only two gripes is it’s big and the band I find less comfortable than the apple but I am sure I can get aftermarket bands for it. I also wish garmin sold a screen protector for it as it seems to be hard to find an aftermarket one that is a confirm fit and function. Garmin makes great products and has great support. I am a big believer in their products.

  • Steal of a deal!
    Reviewed by Jack - November 1, 2021

Found this watch at an amazing price from Best Buy and jumped all over it. The Fenix 6 Pro is a step up from my Forerunner 935 in terms of features and robustness of the bezel. I bought this to help motivate me in preparing for an Ironman Triathlon and will be my go to device for all swimming and running. The Fenix 6 Pro is heavier on the wrist but feels more capable of handling the occasional bump or smack during training. Pairs easily to my iPhone and the Garmin Connect app and is very intuitive to set up and use.

  • Amazing watch! Just wish it had music capabilities
    Reviewed by Josiah - November 30, 2021

I have been using the forerunner 45 for the last year and was recently gifted with the fenix 6 base model as an upgrade. The watch is awesome and I am so excited about the new features. The better battery life and altimeter are my favorite parts so far. The only complaint I have is that the device can't play Spotify music on runs. Based on my research, it seems that every other fenix 6 model (not to mention loads of other watch models) is equipped with this capability. I'm sure there is a good engineering reason, but I am a bit disappointed. If it weren't a gift, I would likely be trading out for another model.
