    The service has been horrible and agents have provided a complete disregard for my time. I was on chat with various agent for about 12 hours. I spend 3 hours with one agent that accomplished nothing and did not know how to address the issue and it took him 3 hours to put me through to second level support despite me requesting someone else. As well, he would not respond for minutes even after me chatting "hello?" or " are you still there?". Shouldn't have to do that. this last time, i called and they said i could speak with a level 2 agent. I get through and they guy can't speak to me as he is on the phone with someone else. After waiting for 30 minutes, i just dropped it as I needed to get to work. All i want to have done is an email application that will allow me to have multiple emails and calendars in one spot. I was advised outlook but that is not working and they don't know how to fix it. And no on can seem to call me so that we can have a discussion on options. Honestly, i found this pretty incredible. The lack of knowledge and experience by the staff is astonishing. No one that can actually provide me with good advice. I definately need to look for another service! Also, when i left my laptop at geeksquad for set up on initial purchase, they did a horrible job. I has asked them to install office...that was not done, half the stuff was not done, left me with a bunch of icons on my desktop that i had no idea what they were for. and did not go through any of this with me. if you can find someone else to get service would be wise to do that as Geek Squad seems to have dififculty doing or solutioning just basic things. Would not recommend!!!

    manager had never heard of the service, seemed confused when I asked him for it. He said none of the Best Buy stores clean computers. I could have found that out before going in but nobody was answering the phone when i called.
