They tricked my dad who doesn’t speak english into signing up for their program for a year. They charge hundreds of dollars to cancel it, their deal does not offer ANYTHING, they only offer a tiny fraction of a discount on VERY specific things. They will find loopholes to get out of giving you a discount. I was desperate to fix my laptop so I gave it to them to be fixed, they said I qualified for the discount and it would take 2 weeks. It has now been 2.5 MONTHS. They called me saying I no longer qualify for the discount. I am now being charged quadruple the price and the time that this has taken has more than quadrupled.No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

- Mobile phone warranty program- November 21, 2020
I put 1 star because apparently you can’t choose a zero!! Absolute waste of Money! I paid 15$ a month for 3 years, one time I needed to send it in for a new one because camera was broken and everything was crashing they charged me 300$ just to return my phone EXACTLY how I sent it in, no fixtures no anything. Now they want me to pay ANOTHER 200 to send in again!! So I finally cancelled the warranty program which I should have done years ago. So with the warranty fees and the useless money I sent them to not fix anything I spent 800$ On the already 800$ phone for absolutely northing DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE WARRANTIES PEOPLE!!No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

- Used to be great, now awful customer service- July 31, 2020
When I got the plan in 2017, they were wonderful. Then, they had system issues, where I couldn't update my payment options (my credit card had expired). I could never get a hold of anyone anymore. I finally was able to make 3 payments, but, unbeknownst to me, my credit card was not updated in the system, so I fell behind again, not realizing this until I got a message from my anti-virus that my subscription was cancelled. This time, I stayed 45 min on hold determined to reach a human being. What I got was an uncooperative, passive-aggressive young fellow, who refused to renew my original plan and who, to get rid of me, pretended that a supervisor would call me back, but that never happened.No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
