- Mobile phone warranty program- November 21, 2020
I put 1 star because apparently you can’t choose a zero!! Absolute waste of Money! I paid 15$ a month for 3 years, one time I needed to send it in for a new one because camera was broken and everything was crashing they charged me 300$ just to return my phone EXACTLY how I sent it in, no fixtures no anything. Now they want me to pay ANOTHER 200 to send in again!! So I finally cancelled the warranty program which I should have done years ago. So with the warranty fees and the useless money I sent them to not fix anything I spent 800$ On the already 800$ phone for absolutely northing DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE WARRANTIES PEOPLE!!No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They tricked my dad who doesn’t speak english into signing up for their program for a year. They charge hundreds of dollars to cancel it, their deal does not offer ANYTHING, they only offer a tiny fraction of a discount on VERY specific things. They will find loopholes to get out of giving you a discount. I was desperate to fix my laptop so I gave it to them to be fixed, they said I qualified for the discount and it would take 2 weeks. It has now been 2.5 MONTHS. They called me saying I no longer qualify for the discount. I am now being charged quadruple the price and the time that this has taken has more than quadrupled.No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After paying for the warranty for years, I sent in my IPhone 8 Plus with a broken screen and home button. They returned to me a phone that was not fixed. I ended having to take it to other spot, where they told me I would need another screen replacement. While the other spot was replacing my screen they noticed multiple screws missing, cords broken, and not attached. After already paying the 230$ flat charge for geek squad to fix my phone, I had to pay an additional 160$ for someone to fix their mistakes. Overall, horrible service. Would never recommend.No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
