- Not water resistant- November 23, 2020
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to finally buy this product. As soon as I got home I had hair waiting at home for me I used it, and it stuck better than the invisible gel iI was using for a substitute. Then I got in the shower and put my hair up and everything and mind you I never got my hair wet but it came off I wasn't mad because I wasn't the one who bought it but I was kinda mad because they are selling products that don't work. Oh also I am a black woman with 4c hair so the glue wasn't water-resistant and my curls starting curling back up. It sticks though.

I've used got2be glued for around 8/9 years and it's always been amazing. It's always held my spikey hair no problem, once set it was almost indestructible and it was easy to work with but now there is a very noticeable difference with the way it sets. It doesn't hold the same anymore and it takes alot longer to set. I'm very disappointed because this had always been my must have product but I will not be using it anymore.

In my opinion, this NEW formula leaves a softer feel to the hair. The product is not as sticky or glue like. its as if the original and the extra hold were combined. I do not like the extreme hold version because it has a wetter application. My hair has wave and I use the glued for it glue like sticky hold. Wearing a full mohawk for last 8 years. Very disappointed in this change.
