- Hot Garbage- December 31, 2018
This thing is terrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. First of all, the camera connection was spotty at best. Sometimes it would work, most of the time I got a "Connection Failed" error. I placed at different locations, even right in front of my router, and it still worked less than half the time. Even if it did connect, the delay made it useless in most instances. I set it up to watch the from door. When I tested it out, the delay was so bad that someone could've walked up, taken the package and left before the camera could pick up footage. Also, when I would get a notification that the camera detected movement, there was nothing on the recent activity log. Never. Even testing it out and triggering it, it would not leave anything I could access for viewing. I bought this two days ago and am taking it back today. It's complete garbage and totally useless. I bought this for outdoor security monitoring of my home and it is perfect. Although I use it outside, it works well for indoor security purposes as well. The warranty we provide covers issues related to software or hardware malfunctions such as the camera or charging port not working. Our warranty does not cover malfunctions related to physical damage, water damage, or software modification problems such as jailbreaking or rooting.

- The IMEI or Serial number of your product
Afterwards we will provide a prepaid return label to inspect your device so we can determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced. If there are no issues or the issues can’t be replicated, the order will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for the delivery fee of the shipping to and from our repair facility.
