Hamilton Beach Cordless Electric Kettle - 1L - Red Stainless Steel

This is a great little appliance. I've had it for a few months now. No disappointments. I needed something that uses less power than the 1.5 kettles and wasn't plastic or aluminum inside. This fits the bill perfectly. It holds more than enough water for my uses and I like that it takes up less counter space than the larger kettles. I always buy dark coloured appliances, when I can, but I like that this is red. The red is shiny (and I a bit darker than what it seems in the online photo) and reflects the light from my windows (even though I'm in a basement) nicely. It looks nice sitting on the kitchen counter - it doesn't add to any clutter like I thought it might because of the colour.. A couple of times I filled it higher than the max fill line, by mistake, and it boiled over a bit. There wasn't a lot of water and it didn't cause any issues, just something to keep in mind. I would absolutely buy again and recommend it to anyone looking to buy a kettle. I think it makes a great gift for someone just starting out on their own too!

Great buy - highly recommend! It's fast an efficient. The colour is more vibrant than on the picture, which adds nice touch to my kitchen.
