How to use:

1. Press counterclockwise from top to bottom to unscrew the safety helmet.

2. Add a measuring cup of water.

3. Turn the safety helmet clockwise to close (if the safety helmet is pressed to idle, press from the bottom, and tighten it after hearing the ""click"" sound)

4. Assemble accessories as needed.

Notes:
