These things are obviously just cheap knockoffs and it shows in their performance. These earbuds were extremely finicky to begin with and often took several tries to be able to pair them properly with a device. The audio is also pretty terrible, but I could have lived with that if they had at least continued to work properly. I've had them for less than a month and they are unusable at this point. Audio clips repeatedly, as if they are pairing and unpairing rapidly. I've tried resetting them and the device I'm using in every way imaginable and the problem persists. Here's a hint if you want to save $100 bucks. DON'T BUY THESE.

Thought that a product that cost $150 would of been a reliable one. After a few weeks of using them the left one stopped working. Not one kid had a problem but all three of my kids had the same problem.

  • Great fit but bad battery

Bought the Happy Plugs but I had to give them away. The sound is ok. No bass at all and they are not that loud. They fit great in my ear and barely even noticed them in my ear until I get the low battery warning. I use them for the gym and by the hour mark they died. I recharged the buds and the case and again it barely made it over the hour mark. The sound difference is truly noticeable when I sent back to the wired headphones. I could live with the average sound. (They sound like a better set of airline headphones.) The price was great, the feel was great and the design was great. The dealbreaker was the battery.

These were not even comparable to the real Air pods by Apple. Returned them on Boxing Day and got a full refund and then headed to the Apple counter to get the real deal, authentic Air pods.

  • Do Not Buy

Ive had these headphones for only a couple of months when the right earpiece just stopped charging. Sound quality is fine nothing too spectacular but if it doesnt charge its good for the garbage. hopefully BestBuy can exchange and do something but the hassle after only 2 months of use is very annoying.

Extremely impressed with this product. Great sound quality which was a lot better than what I expected. Great fit - sleek design. Still learning the touch features. Would absolutely recommend this product.

I bought these a little over a month ago and they are already broken with one bud not charging.

Got one pair that started falling apart after 3 months, then one earbud stopped connecting shortly after. Got a new pair for free the screens have already fallen out of the tips of the ear buds after a month. Sound is fine, but awful build quality.

  • Great Product---Unprepared Company

My 16 year old loved this product. I loved the price. The only thing is the first day my teen took these to school her charging case was stolen. After contacting Best Buy (who could not do anything). I contacted Happy plugs directly through e-mail & at the present time they do not sell separate items like a charge case. Unprepared Company.

Was looking at the some earbuds for around the same cost, saw these and reviews seemed ok.. turned out to pretty well, sounds is good maybe could do better on the mic but for this cost its no that big of deal. Seems to charge quick and the charge case fits nice in my pocket
