I got it just 2 weeks now. Its always lagging. Very slow. Has to update almost every time. Unable to contact HP support from the device. Trust me. I wish I could trade it in for another one.
- Good for general use, but no CD/DVD, cannot install old printer.

Good device - so far; have only had it 5 days. AMD processor is slower than my old (6yr) device which was an Intel.

Same problem happened to my brother dont buy. Bloatware uses up 820 gb, and it is not at all ideal for a student.
