    by

You would think this would be easier.... no. It is nothing like my BROTHER or my EPSON. I bought it great price but it's going back! Too bad.

  • Pain in the butt to connect
    by

Connecting to the network was the most frustrating thing ever. Took over an hour to set up, but once done the machine is a good quality product.

  • Who wrote the instructions?
    by

from Toronto on August 27, 2019

I am a system engineer. I bought a printer because of its price but please tell me where I have a gap in education I can't connect this lovely thing to the wireless network! Instructions are pictures with very few words??? What has changed in the world since the last time I bought a printer with two books of instructions??? Good luck to all who are trying to connect it wirelessly.
