  • Works ok except for SCAN
Verified BuyerReviewed by ANGRY user - April 6, 2020

Bought 9 of these units for an accounting firm. 8 of them had a wrong factory default that caused major headache until solution was found. The scanner was disabled at the factory within a hidden menu. Had to solve by going to the home screen, pressing on the home (little house), then back arrow, then home and then back. A new menu appears, scroll down to webscan and then select enable. Not sure why it was disabled in the factory. 7 were ordered in one back (one of which was properly set) and the 2 others were ordered after (scan was also set to disabled).

  • Great little laser printer
Verified BuyerReviewed by Wes at NorthWind - February 9, 2020

This is a very good little printer. Quick on the first page, good print speed. We would buy another. It says it is an MFP, but be sure to check what it comes with online before ordering. It does not include a fax.

  • Not What We Expected
Verified BuyerReviewed by Dominic Leung - September 30, 2019

Extremely disappointed at M428dw's inability as a photocopier to sense the size of input and print on the proper size of paper. We bought the optional paper feed tray, yet, we have to manually select the proper size of paper (tray) to be printed on. Extremely inefficient.
