Cheap parts and horrible framrate

I bought this model hoping spending 3 grand could get me an excellent gaming experience. I received my pc after 2 or so weeks after placing my order and i started to use lightly do to working steadily. Two days later the graphics card gets fried while the PC was idling I tried to get HP support to help but they told me to reset PC and go into BIOS and the pc never came back on. So I took it back on got an exchange. When receiving my second PC I still was not receiving the framerate i was told it was able to accomplish so i went to a computer specialist shop and they had informed me that HP uses the cheapest Chinese parts and cut corners. Example: BF1 I was told could run 4k 60fps, however, I was only getting 41FPS with frequent stutters and freezing so I returned the product and had a custom built PC for about the same price and it is able to perform at 140FPS on 4k. Never buying another prebuilt PC again.

Great Gaming Machine

I was looking for a new gaming computer with very specific components and features. I looked at many different options but found this system on sale. It is absolutely worth the price, especially on sale. Case is great with easy access to drives and card slots. Lots of expandability. It's only very quiet for its size and output. In terms of performance, its excellent. I'm very happy with this machine.

Would not recommend

500W Power supply, it doesn't even have a 600w . you would need to buy a better power supply for future upgrades

Happy with it

Bought it a couple weeks ago and I'm very happy with it. Building this by yourself with the same specs would be a bit cheaper but I bought it so i wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of it. Worth it if you can afford it but be wary of the geeksquad warranty if you buy it. Just check up what is covered and what isn't. Bestbuy is one of the worst companies when it comes to warranty policies. Other than that, I am pleased with this purchase. 5/5.
