Overview

It supports power delivery of up to 100W with a 40Gbps data rate and up to 8K video resolution.

It is terminated with a Thunderbolt compatible Type C USB male (plug) to a Thunderbolt compatible Type C USB male (plug). It has an overall length of 3 feet & 6 feet (1 and 2 meters). The cables are backwards compatible and can be used with the existing installed base of USB 3.0, 3.1 and Thunderbolt 3 devices, albeit at the speeds and power delivery as specified by those devices. Look for the thunderbolt symbol on your device’s USB C port to ensure full compatibility.
