  • I love this!

I've had no problem with mine :) it charges to full in a couple hours and I can get a couple charges to it. My phone usually dies in the cold but I just have to plug this in for a couple minutes and it's good to go. The powerbank is pretty slim and fits in my pocket on the go.

i have owned this for a couple months and it charged the first time with cord provided right out of the box, since then i have have only been able to charge it twice, i have used various cables, wall chargers trying to mix and match to make it work but it just sits there blinking away. i have given up and will buy a new one today. i see it is on sale just as it was when i bought it at 60% off. must be trying to get rid of them

  • Faulty product

This product came out of the package malfunctioning. The instruction leaflet tells you to charge it for about four hours. At that point, four LEDs are supposed to be illuminated. I charged it for 48 hours and never got more than 3 LEDs to light up. I was able to charge my phone with it, but given the problems from start-up I suspect that in a month or so I'll have to find a way to dispose of it responsibly. I'd return it to the store, but given the weather in Toronto and my mobility issues, that's more trouble than it's worth.
