- This is a 5 star product- April 1, 2021
This is my first air fryer, I saw this one on display at the store and fell in love with it. I like the shape and look of it then I waited almost 4 months for Best Buy to have it in stock – it was worth the wait!! It is so quick and easy to clean - food does not stick to it; the basket is fairly large and accommodates quite a bit of food, so you don't have to do so many batches; everything you put in comes out perfectly crisp on the outside, moist inside, and incredibly flavorful; I raved about this thing so much the rest of my family is start getting their own. I can’t find anything wrong with this air fryer, if you are looking for an air fryer, I highly recommend this one.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

— The temperature and timer dial make it very difficult to know the precise temperature and time. — Many frozen items like frozen fries, hash browns, spring rolls turn out quite well (but not perfect) — The handle/tray takes quite a bit of brute force to pull out and insert. — There are uneven cold spots and some hot spots too — Terrible plastic smell while frying. You must ensure you run it on the maximum setting for 20 minutes (like the manual says) but it may take many uses to mostly eliminate the smell which seeps into the food — Overall, a bit of a disappointment. I would pay more for the digital version. No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

- Fryer- July 17, 2020
We were a little reluctant at first but ended up opting for this one. It's been in use for more than a week and so far, so good. We haven't experienced the plastic smell in the cooked food, but it still gives off a plastic smell from the exhaust vent, which goes away after a few minutes. The cooking times provided are for reference only; you need to use the timer based on your own preferences. It's kind of a trial and error initially. The tray handle seems to be a little fragile and needs to be handled with care. It's our first experience with an air fryer and it's been positive in general.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

- HorriBLE DESIGN, YOU WILL REGRET IT!- June 18, 2021
The front bottom 'steel' clad plastic piece has nuts embedded in it. These nuts are used to bolt on the bottom drip pan. The bolts constantly unscrew from the nuts because they are not 'locked' in. After a few months of constant adjustment, the embedded nuts fall out of their holders and are impossible to replace. The bottom piece is required for the unit to operate. For completion, the three screws that hold the basket to the handle also continually unscrew. We used this fryer about 3 times a week for five months and it is useless now. It has been a constant source of stress and needed constant adjustment. When the remaining bolt fell out again the entire pan and basket dropped to the floor and bent out of shape. What a horrible design. The worst I have ever witnessed in a kitchen appliance! I wish I could submit pictures. You have been warned! No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
