Bought this unit so i can vacuum pack bbq for the Legion's get together on the 18th nov. and all seems to be great. Yes very quiet, I check the freezer quite often and everything seems to be well kept. Cannot complain at all.

The freezer was delivered by UPS and the packaging was damaged at the bottom as though it had been dropped several times. It worked for about 6 hours and then stopped and now it makes clicking noises but does not freeze or even cool. I am very displeased with this purchase and I would not recommend it and suggest you not purchase this item.

First one received was leaking yellow fluid. Sent back and received 2nd one in good shape..about a month ago. Set up according to instructions...and have filled with groceries slowly. Was working well until the indicator light started to blink for 2 days...but was still working. Yesterday the light went out completely....and now I don't hear the freezer operating at all !! DARN...what to do ? It is filled with food and now not working !! No information on what to do if light starts blinking...!!! Please can anyone help..? I am waiting for a call back from Bestbuy.ca....but I sure don't want to have to go through this all over again !! HELP !!

Got this for camp and got a great deal on it. It is so very quit. My only problem is that it was damaged on the one side. It was packed that way from the manufacturers. The box and packaging had no damage at all. No paint was chipped off but a crease on the side. Contacted my Best Buy and sent them photo's but hear nothing back from anyone

Received the freezer by Purolator and when it came off the truck the whole bottom styrofoam was off and the bottom of the freezer was scraped and dented and even had a bolt missing. I refused it at the door and called Best buy which was of no help my only option is to wait 7 days till they credit the card and then re-order it again really?? that's the only solution. It's on sale, so if I have to wait 7 days the sale will be over and you want me to order it again at full price, terrible customer service will never order again. I was really looking forward to getting my freezer thanks Best buy for squashing that hope, will never understand why they couldn't just send out a replacement the damage was verified by Purolator and they took it back makes no sense.

I bought this freezer at best buy , it was delivered from purolator and when i opened the box the top lid was dented, i was disappointed,but i was in urgent need of a freezer as my refrigerator just let go. so i did not return it , i did not want to wait another week for another one, so i plugged it in and it works great so far, is on low setting and everything freezes very fast and good , i would recommend it , but purolator seems to have a lot of problems delivering un-damaged item's .... something to look into.

Received freezer was damaged Cannot get replacement one had to go to bigger size at more cost if i wanted to replace it. It was shipped from Vancouver then to Montreal then to Kingston, Then to my house by Purolator . Was damage in two places big dent in side of it another dent in the front that cracked the metal. Phoned Best Buy there sold out of the freezer . So can only up grade to another more expensive one . Just returned it for my money back and will buy one that is a store . Cause seems they get a ruff ride in delivery . Was not happy that they just not replace it with another new one that is not damaged
