    Purchased this kettle online on March 3, 2020. When I opened the box, the kettle was scratched. I returned it to the store on March 14, 2020. I was given a pristine new one. It stopped working on October 27, 2020. The boil light will not come on. The warranty is good for a year but the information in the manual about it is sketchy.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

    I liked the kettle at first. It's a little loud before reaching its boiling point but I can live with that. Big problem - I haven't even had it a week and it shows power but will not boil. I will return it.

    Works amazing and so glad you can control the temperature every 5 degrees from 50 to 100 AND can maintain temperature. I gotta say though the level being place under the hand is awkward to view.
